Requirements:

  • Power BI Developer, BI Developer, Power BI Analyst, or Power Platform Developer with strong reporting, data modeling, and SQL expertise.
  • Mandatory Power BI skills.
  • Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, dashboard and report development, DAX, Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling, data transformation, row-level security (RLS, and report performance optimization.
  • Database skills: Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: SQL, T-SQL, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Snowflake.
  • Microsoft data platform exposure: Experience with one or more of these technologies is preferable: Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, SSRS, SSIS, and Power Platform.


Preferred industry experience:

  • Candidates should ideally have developed dashboards for construction, infrastructure, real estate, EPC projects, civil engineering, roads and highways, utilities, oil and gas, energy, mining, smart cities, and urban planning.
  • Relevant reporting exposure: Project progress dashboards, cost and schedule dashboards, resource-utilization reports, procurement and commercial reports, risk and issue dashboards, Engineering or construction KPIs.
  • Power BI professionals who have worked with project control, engineering, construction, or infrastructure datasets.
