What would you do?

• Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs

• The PMO Specialist is responsible for supporting and managing key project management office activities across delivery teams. This includes demand planning, onboarding coordination, reporting, stakeholder communication, and contractor management. The role requires strong organizational skills.
• The PMO Specialist serves as a central point of contact for project tracking, reporting, and process support, ensuring accurate and timely execution of project related activities while also collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors degree

• • Minimum 8+ years of experience in PMO or project coordination roles
• • Proficient in ADO, Microsoft Project, Google Suite, Beeline, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• • Familiarity with communication tools such as Google Gamma and Google Newsletter
• • Detail orientation
• • Written and verbal communication
• • Preferred Qualifications: Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
• • Exposure to global delivery environments or multi time zone coordination

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solve moderately complex problems

• • May create innovative solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
• • May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture.
• • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures for new assignments.
• • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside.
• • Individuals would manage small teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
• • Project Planning and Tools Administration
• o Maintain and update Microsoft Project Plans and Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards.
• o Create and manage line items, demand plans, buckets, and baselines as per team requests.
• o Manage PWA access requests and address tool related queries.
• • Onboarding and Offboarding Support
• o Coordinate onboarding offboarding processes for internal and external resources.
• o Collaborate with relevant teams to request and track hardware (e.g., Chromebooks, MacBooks, Windows machines)
• o Support project leads and managers with onboarding documentation and process queries.
• • Reporting and Governance
• o Prepare and share fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly budget reports (budget vs. actuals, ETC) with PA leads.
• o Track and send Customer Satisfaction Score (CSS) reminders for overdue items.
• o Build QBR MBR decks using data extracted from ADO systems.
• o Generate ad hoc reports to support project leadership or governance forums.
• • Contractor Management (Ad hoc)
• o Use Beeline tools for contractor onboarding and offboarding.
