RIS Solution Advisory Manager - CG&S Commerce Lead

Global Solution Advisory is a specialty sales advisory capability within it, focused on Strategy & Consulting (S&C) deals, thought leadership and account planning, equipping account leaders with market insight, messaging and assets to win outcome-led deals.
You are:
You are a seasoned consulting & industry professional with 10+ years in the Consumer Goods industry, specializing in Commercial functions such as Trade Promotions, Pricing, Retail Execution, Distributor Management and Salesforce Management, having led key projects that drove impactful outcomes.
You are adept at designing solution approaches, shaping proposals and building value cases for Salesforce Platform led transformations. You also bring experience in Agentic AI (Knowhow on Salesforce Agentforce), designing intelligent agents that augment sales processes and deliver measurable impact.
You excel at secondary research, trend analysis and client-ready presentations that are insightful, polished and actionable. Your attention to detail, problem-solving, collaboration and persistence make you a valuable asset in a fast-paced consulting environment.
The Work:
As part of the Consumer Goods & Retail team of the S&C Solution Advisory practice, you will:
Architecting Proposals / Orals
Define proposal response requirements and best sales messaging approach.
Bring the latest knowledge and content to each opportunity (industry trends, benchmarking, competitive insight)
Help shape the overall solution (approach, team, pricing, differentiators) to fit deal requirements.
Prepare for and support orals with innovating selling that differentiates Accenture.
Content Management / Continuous Improvement
Develop go-to-market approach / assets.
Maintain the global repository of sales assets (proposals, stage 0 decks, credentials)
Run loss / delivery reviews to improve and harvest deliverables.
Stay relevant through training, research, client interaction and feedback.
Planning and Origination
Support annual planning: sales targets, target clients, sales assets.
Research which companies to target over the next 6-12 months.
Lead sales / pipeline reviews with leaders.
Prepare for and support first client conversations.
Qualifications:
Industry & Functional Expertise:
10+ years in the Consumer Goods industry, with hands-on experience in Commercial functions across Consumer Goods and/or Retail, specifically Trade Promotion Management, Pricing Strategy, Retail Execution, Distributor Management or Salesforce Management
Technology Proficiency:
Salesforce CG Cloud Platform: strong grasp of Salesforce capabilities (Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, C360, MuleSoft) and how they enable sales transformation.
Agentic Experience: exposure to designing or shaping Agentic AI-powered solutions in sales contexts (intelligent agents, guided selling, next-best-action).
Research and Presentation Skills:
Ability to conduct secondary research to gather market intelligence and derive actionable insights.
Creating client-ready presentations that are visually appealing, detail-oriented and strategic.
Soft Skills:
Business Acumen & Communication: excellent communication and stakeholder skills, able to influence senior client decision-makers
Attention to Detail: identify critical nuances and maintain high accuracy in deliverables.
Problem-Solving: creative, innovative approach to complex business challenges.
