Who You Are:

You Are:

A strong Salesforce Testing Lead with strong leadership skills and a talent for shepherding projects along in a timely and efficient manner so that companies can do more. Communication and relationship-building skills? You have both in spades and you use them to identify requirements, craft solutions, and get clients to green light proposals. You’re not daunted by complex problems, thanks to your next-level analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, and you are a great at bringing out the best in team members.

The Work:

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce quality engineering and testing across complex, enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Own the overall test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and release-readiness process.
  • Drive functional, regression, system integration, end-to-end, UAT, smoke, API, and data-validation testing across Salesforce releases.
  • Build and scale test automation using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, Postman, and API automation frameworks, reducing manual regression effort, and accelerating releases.
  • Validate Salesforce configuration and customization including Flows, Apex/Triggers, integrations, security/access, data migration, and complex business workflows.
  • Lead testing of integrations between Salesforce, APIs, middleware, databases, and enterprise/legacy platforms, with strong focus on end-to-end data integrity.
  • Establish quality metrics, requirements traceability, automation coverage, defect trends, dashboards, and release quality gates.
  • Lead defect triage and partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce Architects, Developers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to drive issues to closure.
  • Define and enforce QA standards, reusable frameworks, test assets, and automation best practices across delivery teams.
  • Provide hands-on leadership for UAT planning and execution, ensuring business-critical scenarios are fully validated before production deployment.
  • Assess testing risks early, identify coverage gaps, and provide clear go/no-go recommendations for production releases.
  • Mentor QA engineers and test analysts while providing day-to-day leadership across distributed onshore/offshore testing teams.
  • Champion continuous improvement and AI-assisted testing, including opportunities to accelerate test-case creation, automation development, regression execution, and defect analysis.
  • Partner with delivery leadership to make quality engineering an integral part of the SDLC, rather than a downstream testing activity.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Automation.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce testing experience across large-scale implementations.
  • Minimum 3 years leading Salesforce QA/testing teams and owning test strategy and release quality.

  • Minimum 3 years of API, integration, and end-to-end testing experience across enterprise platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience)

  • You have the desire to work in a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
  • You have proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
