Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
Design and implement ServiceNow Virtual Agent, conversational workflows, topics, and self-service automation.
Provide technical leadership and guide development teams on complex implementations.
Drive technical decisions involving ServiceNow AI and Agentic AI capabilities.
Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, security, and development standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to deliver business-aligned solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 7.5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and platform architecture.
Experience leading development teams and delivering complex ServiceNow projects.
Knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities and Agentic AI use cases.
Strong troubleshooting, integration, and solution-design skills.
