Key Responsibilities:
Work with large-scale applications network architectures monitoring and fault management
Develop application dashboards using Splunk as well as utilizing APM tools such as Dynatrace
Implement synthetic and business process monitoring tools such as SiteScope Glassbox Catchpoint
Use ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
Exposure to both Windows and Linux Systems
Work with AGILE toolsets JIRA BitBucket Confluence and AGILE methodology
Drive vendors system admins and others to deliver solutions together
Implement innovative technology solutions
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years expert-level Splunk Architect experience
Well-versed with search head and indexer clustering topology
Hands-on shell scripting and Linux/Windows system administration experience
Some expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python and/or Windows scripts
Thorough knowledge of regular expressions
Strong debugging and analytical skills
Good communication skills and tenaciousness to drive vendors, system admins and others to deliver solutions together
Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative technology solutions
Associates degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
