Do you have a sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills? The Actual agency is recruiting a Customer Advisor (m/f) based in Baie-Mahault (97122) for a 6-month full-time mission (35 hours per week).
Your mission: At the heart of customer relations, you play a key role in satisfaction and loyalty. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls to process cancellation requests, complaints, or situations of dissatisfaction. Your goal is to identify needs, provide adapted solutions, and argue to convince your contacts to remain among our customers.
Your responsibilities: You will have to handle objections with diplomacy, ensure rigorous traceability of your exchanges in management tools, and report points of vigilance to your management. Your professionalism will ensure an exemplary customer experience, in full compliance with our internal procedures.
Profile sought: We are looking for a person with a great sense of listening, capable of managing sensitive situations while maintaining a positive and constructive attitude. Mastery of retention techniques and writing skills are essential assets to succeed in this position.
To excel as a Customer Advisor (m/f), we are looking for a dynamic candidate with a first successful experience of 1 to 2 years in customer relations.
Your profile is distinguished by a solid education of Bac +2 level (BTS, DUT or equivalent), attesting to your analytical and organizational skills.
