Job Summary

Lead the strategy and operation of General Services at the plant, ensuring the proper functioning of services such as cafeteria, transportation, offices, common areas, and external providers. In addition, develop and implement Culture & Engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, communication, recognition, company values, and employee participation.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Manage and coordinate cafeteria, transportation, and support service providers.
• Oversee and manage workspaces, offices, and common areas.
• Develop and execute the annual Culture, Engagement, and events calendar.
• Coordinate plant events, visits, and activities involving key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present metrics and results to Management and HR.
• Evaluate vendor performance and follow up on action plans.
• Ensure legal and compliance requirements are met by General Services providers.
• Manage and follow up on vendor payments.
• Conduct walkthroughs and audits to identify improvement opportunities in cafeteria, transportation, offices, and common areas.
• Conduct service surveys and follow up on results and action plans.
• Coordinate corporate visits, including transportation, hotels, meals, meeting rooms, and agendas.
• Coordinate support services for internal events.
• Standardize branding, workspaces, and office/common-area furniture.
• Prepare monthly reports for Management and HR.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating General Services, including:
  • Transportation
  • Cafeteria
  • Events
  • Cleaning services
  • Common areas
  • Lockers
  • Vending machines
• Advanced/conversational English.
• Experience supporting large employee populations, approximately 3,000+ employees.
• Experience coordinating people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with administrative controls, including inventories, expenses, and budgets.
• Experience with vendor negotiation and management.
• Knowledge of General Services administration.
