Unterstützung des Supervisors bei der Ablauforganisation und Prozesssteuerung durch fachliche Führung der MA in dem jeweiligen Bereich des DC/FC.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Ablaufüberwachung im jeweiligen Bereich (Arbeitsabläufe sowie Mitarbeitereinsatz durch Erteilen von fachlichen Anweisungen steuern; Pausen und Schichtwechselzeiten beobachten; Präsenz auf der Fläche; Auf Funktionalität der Technik achten)
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter bei fachlichen Fragen und Problemen
  • Mitarbeiter-Schulungen und Überwachung der Einarbeitung
  • Aktives Ansprechen von Mitarbeitern bei Fehlern und fehlender Arbeitsmotivation
  • Information an den Vorgesetzten bei disziplinarischen Belangen
  • Achten auf Prozesseinhaltung und Prozesskoordination sowie auf Leistungsdaten der Produktion und Adressierung an den zuständigen Vorgesetzten bei offensichtlichen Planabweichungen
  • Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotential
  • Einhaltung der gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Richtlinien zur Arbeitssicherheit, Unfallverhütung und Sauberkeit & Ordnung am Arbeitsplatz
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im jeweiligen Bereich, insbesondere:
    • Bearbeitung der Entladetätigkeiten und ggf. Depal-Prozess (Unversehrtheit der Ladungsverschlüsse prüfen, Entladungstätigkeiten überwachen inkl. Ladungssicherung, Abwicklung von Mixcontainern und Sonderfällen und ggf. Wiedereinlagerung des Überhanges aus dem Depalprozess)
    • Bearbeitung von Klärfällen (und ggf. Stornierungen/Retouren)
    • Unterstützung bei der Inventur
    • Koordination der internen Transporte zwischen den DC's/FC's/Außenläger
    • Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Nachschubes für das KOLA und Warenausgang

Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten:

  • Kenntnisse aller operativer Abläufe/Prozesse im Wareneingang sowie Kenntnis grundlegender Abläufe/Prozesse der vor- und nachgelagerten Abteilungen
  • bei Bedarf Staplerschein erforderlich
  • PC/IT-Kenntnisse: MS Office (basic), WMS (fortgeschritten, z.B. Super User)
  • Fließende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse

Benötigte Ausbildung und Erfahrung / Mindestanforderung:

  • Einschlägige abgeschlossene 3-jährige Berufsausbildung (idealerweise im Logistikbereich) oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Idealerweise erste relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Selbständige und konsequente Arbeitsweise, hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigenmotivation
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Kundenorientierung, Team-Player, Organisationstalent
  • Befähigung zur fachlichen Mitarbeiterführung
