Technical Solutions Expert
About the role
We are looking for a Technical Solutions Expert - Tracking & Measurement to support our clients and internal teams with website tracking, tag implementation, campaign measurement, and technical troubleshooting.
You will also support the development and maintenance of Adlook’s internal Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager setup.
What You’ll Do:
Support clients with the implementation of Adlook tracking and conversion tags
Configure Adlook tags, triggers, and variables in clients’ Google Tag Manager environments when required
Verify tag implementations and troubleshoot tracking, conversion, and data collection issues
Investigate discrepancies between Adlook reporting, analytics platforms, and other measurement systems
Analyse tags, events, data layer values, consent signals, redirects, and landing-page configurations
Provide clients and internal teams with clear technical recommendations.
Participate in technical calls with clients, agencies, and development teams
Act as an escalation point for complex tracking and measurement cases.
Maintain and develop Adlook’s internal Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager setup
Document recurring issues, implementation requirements, and troubleshooting best practices
Work closely with Technical Account Management, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Development teams
Our Expectations:
3+ years of experience in digital analytics, tracking implementation, or a similar technical area
Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager
Good practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4
Experience implementing and troubleshooting advertising and conversion tags
Good understanding of tags, triggers, variables, events, and data layers.
Experience using browser developer tools to investigate tracking issues.
Basic working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, cookies, URLs, and query parameters
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain technical topics clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to independently manage technical cases from investigation to resolution
Fluency in English and Polish is required
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Tealium, Adobe Tags, or other tag management systems
Understanding of digital advertising tracking and attribution
General understanding of how ad-serving platforms work
Familiarity with Campaign Manager 360, Adform, Flashtalking, or similar platforms
Experience with DSP platforms or programmatic advertising
Knowledge of consent management, server-side tagging, APIs, or mobile app measurement
