Product Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead, manage, and oversee our key software projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring that goals are met within set timeframes and budgets while ensuring high-quality deliveries and client satisfaction. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders, manage teams, and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, delegating tasks and offering guidance for seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing risks or issues promptly.
• Quickly grasp and align with business requirements.
• Prepare exact and detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Requirement Specification documents (RSD).
• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project needs.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Offer insights to development teams to meet client business needs during project phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management, consistently delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and aligning team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Similar
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills and Qualification

• Prior experience as a software developer, preferably in Python, Java, or similar technologies, before transitioning into project management.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
• Additional certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, AgilePM) would be a plus.
