Must-Have

Strong experience in Java

8+ and Spring Boot.

Experience in designing and

developing RESTful APIs and backend services.

Hands-on experience or

strong understanding of microservices architecture.

Working knowledge of Spring

Boot-based service development, API integration, exception handling,

logging, and validation.

Good understanding of SQL,

relational databases, JPA/Hibernate.

Experience in writing unit

tests using JUnit/Mockito or similar frameworks.

Experience with Git

and standard development practices.

Basic understanding of OOP,

data structures, design principles, and clean coding practices.

Good-to-Have

Experience with Spring Cloud, API

Gateway, Config Server, Eureka/Service Discovery.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as

AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Basic knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.

Experience with messaging systems such

as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines,

Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.

Exposure to monitoring/logging tools

such as ELK, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus.

Basic understanding of Spring

Security, OAuth2, JWT.

Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI

documentation.
