About the role We are looking for an Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence & Data Reporting team. You will turn raw data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making across the organization while developing your analytical and visualization skills.
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources with SQL and Python.
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, outliers, and performance metrics.
Produce regular and ad-hoc Excel-based reports for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Document data definitions, reporting processes, and visualization standards.
Support the BI team in data-quality audits and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications
0-1 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
Strong data-visualization skills and an eye for clear, concise reporting.
Effective written and verbal communication for presenting insights to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a comparable discipline.
Nice to have
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Experience with ETL tools or data-pipeline frameworks.
Basic knowledge of machine-learning concepts or predictive modeling.
Prior internship or project work involving real-world data sets.
