Job Position-Call Center Agent
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma/Bachelor degree in Marketing or related fields
o Experience:- 2+/1+ years of experience in call agents
o Skills:- Strong knowledge of contact center technologies, good customer handling & good communication skills.
Key Job Responsibilities
Handle Customer Calls
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Provide Accurate Information
Explain products, services, pricing, and procedures clearly to customers.
Ensure all information provided is correct and up to date.
Resolve Customer Issues
Identify customer problems and provide effective solutions.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
Maintain Customer Records
Accurately record customer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the system.
Update customer information as needed.
Meet Performance Targets
Achieve individual and team KPIs such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
Follow call scripts and company policies.
Follow Communication Standards
Maintain a professional tone and positive attitude at all times.
Use proper call etiquette and active listening skills.
Report Technical or Service Issues
Inform supervisors about system outages or service disruptions that affect customer support.
