Senior Accountant (all genders)

For our location in Kroellendorf we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Tax & Accounting department as Senior Accountang (all genders).

YOUR MISSION

• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support in the preparation of monthly reports within the Group’s reporting system
• Preparation of monthly VAT returns, annual VAT declarations, and EC Sales Lists for all countries in which AUSTRIA JUICE is VAT-registered
• Independent preparation of monthly VAT returns, annual VAT declarations, and EC Sales Lists for the countries in which AUSTRIA JUICE is registered for VAT purposes
• Assistance in the coordination and support of external audits and VAT audits
• Independent preparation and timely submission of statistical reports to Statistics Austria and the OeNB
• Handling various tax declarations and refund claims (eg ENAV, KR)
• Review of VAT-relevant business transactions to ensure compliance with national and international VAT regulations
• Ensuring adherence to tax and legal requirements within the area of responsibility

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Certified accountant with completed balance sheet accounting qualification and/or a relevant academic degree (BA, BSc) from a university or university of applied sciences
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting
• Excellent knowledge of UGB and UStG; good knowledge of KStG
• Basic knowledge of IFRS
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, as well as SAP (modules FI and SD)
• Excellent command of German and good command of English, both written and spoken
• Independent, well-organized, and structured working style
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, combined with the ability to perform effectively under pressure
