About the Role

Acts as a Power Platform CoE contributor by partnering with business and IT teams, applying AI-enabled tools to improve platform reliability, and driving standards, best practices, and capability uplift across teams.

• Analyse business and technical requirements to design, develop, and enhance Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions.
• Develop, configure, test, debug, document, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Dataverse, Dataflows, and Copilot Studio.
• Build and extend solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web resources, and Power BI to improve functionality and user experience.
• Design, configure, and support Copilot Studio bots, including conversation flows, Generative AI capabilities, topic management, and secure integrations with enterprise systems.
• Apply Azure fundamentals to support Power Platform solutions, including Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Application Insights, and API integrations.
• Perform end-to-end testing and integration of application components, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents and technical issues through structured root cause analysis.
• Ensure system enhancements, AI features, and fixes are successfully implemented without regression or functional impact.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users and BAU support teams.
• Act as a technical SME by guiding and supporting Senior and Junior Analysts in resolving complex Power Platform solution.
• Contribute to Power Platform CoE standards, best practices, governance, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.
