工作职责 / Responsibilities
-建设大数据数仓体系，负责数据集成和ETL架构设计和研发，包括批与流两类数据流建设
-深入理解业务，理解业务产品需求，设计和实现符合业务需求的大数据系统，确保项目顺利验收
-深入参与业务新方向的建设，同业务一同为新产品设计合理可迭代易维护数仓
-负责数据仓库的持续改善，识别现有数据体系设计关键优化点
职责要求 / Requirements
-本科及以上计算机、数据库、机器学习等相关专业，3年以上数据仓库开发工作
-对业务数据有敏锐的理解能力，并能快速梳理和分析业务数据
-有用户产品（特别是社交类产品）数仓建设经验和存量数据仓库重构经验者优先
-熟练掌握SQL语言及ETL开发、熟悉MySQL，对Shell、Java(Scala)、Python非常熟悉
-熟悉Hadoop、Spark、Flink、Kafka等大数据组件者优先
-对clickhouse/doris等主流Mpp数据系统熟练使用并有调优经验者优先
