AI Workforce Productivity Tool Enablement Leader

Role Summary: The Workforce Productivity Tool Leader is responsible for shaping, enabling, and continuously improving the organization’s use of AI-enabled productivity, collaboration, and workplace efficiency tools. This role sits at the intersection of business productivity, employee experience, technology adoption, and governance, ensuring that tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Anthropic Cowork, Microsoft Chat and Claude, workflow automation platforms, and related digital workplace solutions are used effectively, securely, and consistently across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tool Analysis, Enablement and Adoption: Lead efforts to review and validate efficacy of AI powered workforce productivity adoption programs. Partner effectively across Information Technology, Legal Enterprise Risk and other key stakeholders to ensure prioritized tools are enabled within organizational and regulatory guidelines. Define strategy for training, communications and continuous feedback to help employees use approved tools effectively with a focus on measurable business value.
  • Use Case Development / Validation: Identify business challenges and opportunities for value creation (e.g. growth generation, capacity savings, cost reduction) that can be addressed effectively through AI Workforce Productivity tools.
  • Productivity Strategy: Develop and execute a workforce productivity tools strategy aligned to business priorities, employee needs, and enterprise technology standards.
  • Measurement and Value Realization: Define and track metrics for adoption, usage, satisfaction, productivity gains, process improvement and value realization.
  • Experimentation: Establish and evolve capabilities to facilitate rapid experimentation of AI Workforce Productivity tools in low risk, safe and secure manner.
  • Governance and Standards: Define and maintain usage guidelines, guardrails, naming conventions, lifecycle practices, and governance standards for productivity tools.
  • Continuous Improvement/Capability Scans: Monitor vendor roadmaps, new features, employee feedback, and emerging best practices to in workforce productivity tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, organizational effectiveness, communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital workplace, productivity tools, enterprise technology adoption, change management, employee experience, or related roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Anthropic Cowork, Microsoft Cowork and similar productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Experience leading enterprise tool adoption, enablement, governance, or transformation initiatives across large or distributed organizations.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into practical technology-enabled solutions and adoption plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders, business partners, technical teams, and end users.
  • Ability to use data, telemetry, feedback, and business outcomes to measure adoption and continuously improve programs.
  • Understanding of security, compliance, records management, privacy, and responsible AI considerations in enterprise productivity tools.
  • Experience in product management, product management, or transformation leadership in a matrix organization.

For positions based in New Jersey, the base salary range is $175,000-$215,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
