Kyndryl is an American IT infrastructure services company created in November 2021 when IBM spun off its managed infrastructure division, and it is the largest provider of its kind in the world. It designs, builds, runs and modernises the mission-critical systems of thousands of enterprise and government customers, covering mainframes, hybrid cloud, networks, security, applications and data platforms across more than sixty countries. Freed from its former parent, the company has built alliances with Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and SAP, and is shifting revenue mix from legacy managed contracts toward consulting and modernisation work.

Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fast-growing technology advisory and consulting business within Kyndryl, dedicated to helping global enterprises modernize mission-critical systems and rethink how technology empowers their people. We partner with the world's leading organizations to design, build, and accelerate their digital futures.

As our Workforce Transformation Lead, you will spearhead the growth of our workforce transformation advisory practice. You will partner with business, technology, and HR executives to solve one of the most critical challenges facing enterprises today: understanding how artificial intelligence, automation, and new operating models reshape work, roles, skills, and organizational capacity. Moving well beyond high-level theory, you will guide clients toward pragmatic workforce decisions, actionable roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will operate across the complete engagement lifecycle, working seamlessly in both pre-deal and post-deal client environments. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to originate and shape high-value opportunities, architect custom workforce solutions, and oversee client delivery through full implementation.
