We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technical Support Officer to join our team at Aiken. The role involves providing timely and effective technical support for our range of banking and cash handling equipment.
2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Gee REQUIREMENTS
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain cash counting, ATM, « NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Electronics,
CRM, cash sorting, and other banking equipment Computer Hardware, IT, or a related field
« Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions» Knowledge of Windows OS, antivirus software, and MS Office
- Minimize customer downtime through fast and reliable « Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking will be technical support an added advantage
« Conduct installations, servicing, and preventive maintenance
Age 20-35 years when required ¢ Avalid driving licence will be an added advantage
« Maintain proper service records and communicate technical
issues professionally
