IT Service Desk Specialist

About the Role

Enjoy solving complex IT challenges and helping others build their technical confidence Join us as an IT Service Desk Specialist, where you'll provide Level 2 End User Computing (EUC) support and serve as a key technical escalation point for our IT Service Desk team.

What Will You Do

• Provide Level 2 EUC support across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoints, VPN, and network connectivity.
• Meet SLA and KPI targets, escalate risks, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Handle technical escalations and coordinate Service Desk support during major incidents.
• Coach team members and maintain knowledge articles, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Drive service improvements through root cause analysis, ticket reviews, and automation opportunities.
• Support daily operations, including queue management, reporting, compliance, and Team Leader backup.

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in IT or a related field, with 5–6 years of IT support experience, including cross-country remote support and team guidance.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, EUC, VPN, endpoint management, and network troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL, service improvement, and service continuity.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
