  • Serve in a player-coach capacity, balancing team leadership responsibilities with direct sales and account management.

  • Manage an established customer account list while identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships and develop new business.

  • Prepare estimates, quotes, and equipment submittals, and actively participate in closing equipment and warehouse sales.

  • Work closely with manufacturers to facilitate project transactions, coordinate equipment needs, and maintain positive working relationships.

  • Ensure branch activities comply with applicable laws, company policies, and operational procedures.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to support efficient operations and successful project execution.

  • Represent Dorse & Company at industry events, trade shows, community organizations, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.

  • Maintain a high level of organization and responsiveness while managing multiple transactions, customer needs, and operational priorities.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations; however, such duties will be reasonable, job-related, and consistent with the scope, level, and classification of the position.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of HVAC industry-specific experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience leading sales teams, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.

  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, financial management, and time management skills.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal personnel, manufacturers, and external customers.

  • Experience working in a high-transaction business environment with the ability to manage competing priorities.
