Drive network strategy, capacity planning, technology transformation, and operational improvements while providing technical leadership for solution delivery, network optimization, and critical issue resolution. Partner with stakeholders and vendors to support business growth and future network evolution.

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the Mobile Core Network Voice domain to ensure network availability, stability, performance, and service quality.
• Drive strategic planning, capacity forecasting, and network expansion initiatives to support business growth and technology evolution.
• Lead solution design, technical evaluations, and implementation of Mobile Core, IMS, and NFV platforms.
• Provide technical leadership for network optimization, major incident management, root cause analysis, and complex troubleshooting.
• Drive automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver network modernization and business-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in Mobile Core Network, Voice Core, IMS, EPC, 5GC, or related telecommunications networks.
• Strong knowledge of Mobile Core Network architecture, Voice Core technologies, Signaling Networks, IP Networking, Virtualization, NFV, and Cloud-based network solutions.
• Experience in network design, capacity planning, performance management, and service quality improvement.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage critical network incidents.
• Experience managing vendors, leading technical projects, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of automation and data analytics tools such as Python, Shell Script, SQL, Tableau, Linux, UNIX, and cloud technologies is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with 4G LTE, VoLTE, IMS, and 5G Core technologies is preferred.
