工作內容

  • 維護與經營既有企業客戶關係，確保客戶持續使用平台服務並提升合作黏著度。
  • 主動了解客戶營運需求，提供合適的物流解決方案，提升訂單量與使用頻率。
  • 依據客戶使用數據，規劃並執行帳戶經營策略，推動營收成長與加值服務導入。
  • 處理客戶日常問題與重大異常狀況，確保服務品質並提升客戶滿意度。
  • 執行日常帳戶管理作業，並與內部團隊協作，確保服務交付品質與效率。

工作待遇

  • 月薪 40,000 - 55,000 元 (依能力核定薪資)。
