同時，你也將參與平台商城維運與司機社群管理，透過數據觀察、流程優化與溝通策略，打造更完善的司機營運體驗，並確保平台營運穩定順暢。

工作內容

  • 與團隊協作推動專案，透過基礎營運數據觀察，提升新進司機黏著度與接單動能。
  • 透過現場營運規劃與電話溝通，協助司機夥伴解決日常問題，提升服務品質，並能因應不同情境靈活調整應對方式，維持平台穩定運作。
  • 協助平台商城營運與流程優化，持續提升作業效率與使用體驗，確保整體營運穩定順暢。
  • 協助規劃與執行社群經營，提升司機參與度與平台認同感。
