Account Manager - Microsoft Ads

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our Microsoft Advertising team. You will work with digital performance agencies and direct advertisers, helping them adopt Microsoft Ads, strengthen campaign performance, and resolve operational issues. The ideal candidate combines hands-on performance marketing experience with strong analytical, communication, and client-management skills.

What you'll do :-

• Client Onboarding and Support: Partner with Client Partners to pitch to and onboard digital performance agencies and direct advertisers, ensuring a smooth transition to Microsoft Ads.
• Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights to improve campaign outcomes.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the Microsoft Advertising team and internal teams to resolve technical and ad policy issues, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
• Operational Management: Handle contractual setup, invoicing, and Microsoft Ads account setup to ensure all processes are accurate and timely for each client.

What you'll need for this role :-

• Experience working at digital performance agencies.
• Structured and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
