Join us as a Senior Client Partner and lead Google Ads relationships with the largest performance agencies and merchants in the market. This is a senior digital advertising sales role for an experienced business developer who thrives on consultative selling, strategic account planning, and building a high-value portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow a high-value portfolio of clients: prospect, network, pitch, and close strategic deals.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and executives at performance agencies and key merchants.
Act as a strategic advisor, showing clients how Google Ads and digital advertising solutions can drive measurable business growth.
Take full ownership of your pipeline, sales targets, forecasting, and reporting.
Partner with Sales Directors, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive client success and complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Shape and execute local go-to-market strategies, identifying new growth opportunities and solving challenges proactively.
Share your expertise by coaching and supporting more junior colleagues.
Represent our brand at industry events, executive meetings, and conferences.
What We Are Looking For
Around 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising, online media sales, or performance marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and closing complex deals with agencies, performance advertisers, or e-commerce merchants.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with confidence leading conversations at senior and executive level.
Strong understanding of online advertising, analytics, and digital marketing trends.
The ability to work independently, prioritize well, and manage multiple opportunities and long sales cycles at once.
Fluency in English and Bangla.
