What You’ll Do
Client relationship management: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with Arabic-speaking clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring campaign success.
Multiplatform campaign strategy and execution: Lead the development and execution of advanced advertising strategies across Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and other paid search and digital platforms, drawing on your media buying expertise.
Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI.
Collaboration: Partner with sales, creative, and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Innovation and market knowledge: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity, and bring strategic ideas that improve client performance.
What We Are Looking For
3-5+ years of experience in account management or client solutions, managing strategic client relationships.
Hands-on experience with paid search platforms (Microsoft, Google, Amazon) and a strong understanding of digital media buying across multiple platforms.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Proficiency in online advertising, analytics, and social media platforms.
A strong understanding of digital trends, markets, and advertising opportunities.
A positive, proactive attitude and a drive to exceed expectations.
Detail-oriented and structured, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
Advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both internally and externally.
Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
