What you do
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting process
- Preparation of regular controlling reports, presentations and analysis to support the management needs
- Development, calculation, analysis and interpretations of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Be able to work independently and with a clear focus on accuracy and ensures timely communication of results
- Builds partnerships and strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Be proactive, identify and flag potential issues and suggest preventive and improving measures
What you bring
- Proactive person, self-driven, well-organized, ability to prioritize
- Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
- CFA, ACCA or CIMA accreditation is considered as advantage
- Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading)
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
- Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
- Experience with SAP is considered as advantage
- Experinece in using generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot)
