Senior Software Development Engineer - .Net Technologies

Role : Senior .NET Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, web technologies, database optimization, and software architecture, with a focus on writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into reliable software solutions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and the .NET framework.

- Translate product requirements into reliable, efficient, and maintainable application code.

- Develop and maintain web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.

- Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize application response times.

- Follow clean coding practices, established architectural standards, and software development best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and ensure code quality and consistency.

- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Implement appropriate error handling, logging, and debugging practices to improve application reliability.

- Use Git for version control and participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

- Leverage AI-assisted software development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation while maintaining code integrity.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving application architecture, development workflows, and deployment quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong experience in C# and ASP.NET MVC application development.

- Proficiency in .NET application architecture and object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, relational database design, and query optimization.

- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting production issues.

- Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows.

- Understanding of clean code, software design principles, and code review practices.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Practical knowledge of AI-assisted software development tools is desirable.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience developing high-throughput, performance-sensitive web applications.

- Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD practices, and application monitoring.

- Experience using AI-assisted development tools across coding, debugging, and documentation workflows.
