Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success. The children we serve are at the heart of everything we do and we are passionate about our commitment to having a meaningful impact in the lives of our children and their families.
Help young kids with autism find their voice, and build a career doing it.
As a Behavior Technician at Ally Behavior Centers, you’ll use one-on-one play and ABA therapy to help young children with autism communicate, connect, and gain independence.
You’ll be the person a child looks for when they walk in the door.
Unlike many ABA jobs, you won’t drive from house to house. Every session happens in our center, with a set schedule and BCBAs, SLPs and OTs on-site. Many ABA jobs pay hourly, and only for sessions that happen. You’re salaried, so your paycheck stays the same even when a client cancels.
No ABA experience needed. This is an entry-level clinical role. We’ll train you and pay for your RBT certification.
What you’ll do:
- Play 1-on-1 with kids with autism: games, blocks, bubbles, pretend play
- Turn playtime into progress using ABA therapy
- Collect and track data on an iPad to monitor each child’s progress, and share updates with your BCBA
- Keep client information confidential in line with HIPAA guidelines
- Cheer on the big moments, like a first word, a new friend, or a high-five
What you need (Essential Functions):
- Experience with kids (babysitting, coaching, childcare, siblings - it all counts)
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, run, squat, or stand for extended periods, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Coachability: your BCBA gives direct feedback, and you run with it
- Consistency: you follow each child’s plan every session
- 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass federal and state background checks
- RBT certification, or willingness to complete training within 90 days of hire
- BLS certification, or willingness to complete training before you’re hired
The honest part:
Some days are hard. Kids may hit, kick, or struggle while they’re learning new ways to communicate. We’ll train you to stay calm and keep everyone safe, and BCBAs are always on-site to back you up.
Pay & Benefits:
- $35,000-$40,000 starting salary; guaranteed pay even when a client cancels
- 18 days of PTO plus 9 paid holidays
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- BLS certification reimbursement
- Company-paid DashPass
Your paid path to BCBA:
- After 6 months, up to $21,000 in tuition reimbursement toward your master’s degree so you can become a BCBA
- Earn supervision hours toward your BCBA certification while you work
- Move up through STARS, our clear promotion path
- Start with a nationally recognized RBT credential, paid for by us
You might be a great fit if you’ve worked as a:
Paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, nanny, babysitter, daycare or childcare worker, camp counselor, caregiver, CNA, personal care aide, or direct support professional. Psychology, education, social work, sociology, neuroscience, or pre-med students and grads are also strong fits.
If you’ve been looking for work that actually matters, this is it. Apply today and start your career in ABA with a team that supports you from day one.
