System Admin Engineer for Nexthink

Work Location: Onsite in Riyadh.
Working Hours: From Sunday to Thursday during normal working hours.

• Responsible for Nexthink administrative activities and daily tasks.

• Generate and distribute periodic performance reports to stakeholders highlighting key metrics and insights.

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Nexthink.

• Manage and maintain Nexthink ensuring its optimal performance and availability.

• Collaborate with IT teams to provide insights regarding recurring issues to improve the environment.

• Provide reports and analysis related to user experience data.

• Assist to optimize the tool and get the value from it.

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Ensure system updates and regular maintenance is provided by Nexthink.

• Open support tickets to Nexthink when needed to fix issues.

• Ensure Nexthink is handling the incident tickets and the system is up and running normally.

• Assist in change requests related to Nexthink reconfigurations and optimizations

RequirementsEducation & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  

• 3 5 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role.
  

• Prior experience working with Nexthink platform is mandatory.
  

• Experience working in a corporate or enterprise IT environment.
  

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Nexthink platform including administration configuration troubleshooting and reporting.
  

• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow Remedy).
  

• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  

• Experience with system performance monitoring and optimization.
  

• Understanding of networking end-user computing and IT infrastructure.
  

• Ability to generate reports and insights based on system and user data.
  

• Experience in incident handling root cause analysis and change management.
  

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

• Organized self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities.
