Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information.
Assist customers with general inquiries, requests, and service-related concerns.
Maintain clear and professional communication during every interaction.
Accurately document customer conversations and relevant information.
Follow established company procedures and communication guidelines.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors when additional assistance is required.
Maintain productivity and service quality in a fast-paced environment.
Represent Brixton Corp with professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone.
