AlphaHire is a United States recruiting agency focused on the construction and skilled-trades labour market, placing superintendents, project managers, estimators and engineers with contractors nationwide. It works for commercial, residential and industrial builders in metros from Boston and Memphis to Houston, Naples and Nashville, running searches on behalf of client firms rather than employing the placed staff itself. The agency also publishes labour-market analysis through its Workforce Intelligence Lab, which tracks compensation trends, contractor growth and workforce scarcity across the construction industry.

- Forecast demand from capital projects, federal investments, and system modernization

- Identify critical occupations, skill shortages, retirement risks, and hard-to-fill roles

- Analyze supply, training capacity, credential pipelines, and regional labor availability

- Map occupations, competencies, certifications, apprenticeships, and career pathways

- Engage industry executives, labor, contractors, trainers, and educators

- Develop workforce strategies aligned with infrastructure and energy investments

- Support DOE, DOT, utility, and infrastructure-agency projects

- Prepare forecasts, roadmaps, presentations, and executive briefings

- Contribute SME content to AlphaGov government proposals

Required:

- 7+ years in energy, utilities, engineering, construction, transportation, infrastructure, or related workforce planning

- Strong understanding of infrastructure/energy occupations and workforce challenges

- Experience with workforce planning, labor-market analysis, or talent-pipeline development
