  • Identifying, managing and mitigating contractual risks while maximising commercial opportunities

  • Leading negotiations with customers and key stakeholders on complex claims, variations and settlements

  • Acting as Alstom's commercial representative in customer-facing discussions and governance forums

  • Partnering with legal, project and operational teams to develop pragmatic commercial solutions

  • Coaching and supporting contract management team members while promoting best practice across the project

All about you:

  • Extensive experience in contract, commercial or claims management within major infrastructure, rail, transport, engineering or construction environments

  • Degree-qualified in Law, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships with customers and project leadership teams

  • Demonstrated success leading commercial negotiations, claims resolution and risk management activities

  • Strong commercial judgement combined with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset

  • Previous leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams

Things you’ll enjoy:

Join a global leader in mobility and work on projects that help connect communities across Western Australia. You'll be part of a collaborative team where your expertise is valued, your development is supported and your contribution has a tangible impact on some of the country's most important transport projects.
