Senior Specialist, DevOps Engineer

Job Title

In this role, you'll:

• Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Optimize build workflows: automated execution, pull request validation, unit testing, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance and maintain CI processes across multiple repositories.
• Work to ensure builds are reproducible, stable, fast, and scalable.
• Participate in improving CI cycle times and feedback processes across the organization.
• Support quality standards through CI by integrating analysis tools, setting up coverage checks, and maintaining process reliability.
• Act as a primary contact for CI-related repositories and encourage adherence to security and governance guidelines.
• Provide troubleshooting for CI pipelines, investigate issues, and partner with developers to resolve them.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency.

Your Profile:

• Experience working with CI tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with build tools (e.g., Gradle, Maven) and Git workflows, including pull request processes.
• Knowledge of automated testing practices, code quality tooling, and CI pipeline optimization.
• Ability to design and optimize CI workflows for efficiency.
• Skills in identifying and resolving pipeline issues effectively.
• Collaborative approach when working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Interest in continuous improvement and process innovation.
