We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to help shape intuitive, effective digital experiences for global B2B workflows. This role involves working closely with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver user-centered solutions for interfaces and API-based products.
You’ll contribute creative problem-solving, evidence-based design, and a collaborative approach to building high-quality, scalable solutions.
In this role, you’ll
- Lead end-to-end design delivery for key initiatives, from discovery to development readiness.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications that align with brand and accessibility guidelines.
- Simplify complex workflows into clear and consistent user experiences.
- Incorporate user research and data insights into design solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the shared design system.
- Actively participate in design critiques and knowledge sharing within the UX community.
- Mentor and support junior designers as part of team development.
- Explore and use emerging tools, including AI-enabled design solutions, while applying sound design judgment.
Your Profile
- Typically 6+ years in UX design or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
- Comfortable using design and collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe Suite (or similar).
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to different audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to global, cross-functional projects.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows, including AI-assisted design.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS products; experience in the travel domain is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring others.
Differentiator skills (nice to have)
- Service design experience.
- Experience designing API-based or developer-facing products.
- Background in the travel or travel-technology industry.
- Experience with AI native e2e design flows
- Past experience designing agentic flows
