Amazon is an American technology and retail conglomerate founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994 as an online bookstore and headquartered in Seattle, Washington. It operates the world's largest online marketplace together with a global logistics network, physical grocery stores and a third-party seller platform that accounts for most units sold. Amazon Web Services, launched in 2006, is the leading public cloud provider and generates the majority of the group's operating profit, while advertising, Prime Video, Alexa devices and Kuiper satellite broadband round out the business.

Are you a UX/UI-minded content strategist who thrives on turning complex information into simple, conversion-driven experiences? Are you energized by the challenge of helping small and medium businesses in Mexico discover the tools they need to grow? Do you want to own the digital front door for one of the fastest-growing seller marketplaces in Latin America?

If this sounds like your kind of challenge, consider joining the Mexico Marketplace team as a Content and Website Manager.

What You Will Do?

This role owns the end-to-end content experience on vender.amazon.com.mx, the primary destination for prospective sellers exploring how to sell on Amazon Mexico. The mission is clear: make it effortless for potential sellers to find, understand, and act on the information they need to start their business on Amazon.

You will combine UX/UI expertise with content strategy and data analysis to continuously improve the site experience. You will track free search sources to understand how sellers discover the site, then optimize every touchpoint from first click to completed registration.

To succeed, you will need to think like a designer, write like a marketer, and measure like an analyst, all while collaborating across a diverse set of internal teams.

Core Responsibilities

UX/UI Strategy and Execution: Own the information architecture, page layouts, and user flows on vender.amazon.com.mx. Ensure every page delivers a clear value proposition, intuitive navigation, and a frictionless path toward seller registration. Conduct usability reviews, propose wireframes, and work with design resources to implement improvements.

Content Management at Scale: Plan, create, publish, and maintain site content including landing pages, educational modules, FAQs, and program explainers. Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with active seller programs and promotions.

Free Search Source Tracking: Monitor organic traffic performance across Google and AI-powered search surfaces. Identify keyword opportunities, track ranking changes, and coordinate content updates to maximize discoverability without paid spend.

Conversion Optimization: Own the visitor-to-registration funnel. Design and run A/B tests on layouts, copy, and CTAs. Analyze drop-off points, recommend improvements backed by data, and report on conversion metrics to leadership.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate daily with Program Managers, Product Managers, and Commercial teams. Translate business priorities, new program launches, and policy changes into user-friendly site content within rapid turnaround cycles.

Performance Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that track organic traffic, conversion rates, content freshness, and page experience scores. Deliver monthly insights to stakeholders with clear recommendations for next steps.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

A strong UX/UI foundation: experience with wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.

A true hands-on approach to content creation and site management, comfortable rolling up your sleeves in the CMS daily.

The ability to translate complex business and program information into simple, action-oriented content that converts.

A data-driven mindset: comfort defining KPIs, running experiments, interpreting analytics, and presenting results.

Strong internal customer service focus, able to interface at all levels of the organization, from operational teams to senior leadership.

A solutions-oriented approach: comfortable identifying problems and driving appropriate fixes without waiting for direction.

Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Enthusiasm for collaborative work and a drive to create a positive, high-performance team culture.

Success in this role requires influential partnership with Program, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure vender.amazon.com.mx delivers the best possible experience for potential sellers in Mexico. If you are passionate about using design thinking and content strategy to change the trajectory of small businesses, this role is for you.

Key job responsibilities

Own the content strategy and UX/UI experience on vender.amazon.com.mx, ensuring prospective sellers in Mexico can easily discover, understand, and act on the information needed to start selling on Amazon.

Design and maintain site user flows, page layouts, and information architecture. Conduct usability reviews and implement improvements that reduce friction in the seller registration funnel.

Plan, publish, and update site content (landing pages, FAQs, educational modules) in coordination with Program, Product, and Commercial teams. Ensure all content reflects current programs and promotions within 48 to 72 hours of changes.

Track and analyze free search traffic sources. Identify organic keyword opportunities, monitor ranking performance, and optimize content for discoverability across search engines and AI-powered surfaces.

Run A/B tests on layouts, messaging, and CTAs. Measure conversion at each funnel stage, report findings to stakeholders, and implement data-backed improvements.

Partner cross-functionally to translate complex business requirements into clear, conversion-oriented site experiences. Serve as the primary point of contact for all content and UX requests related to the Mexico seller acquisition site.

Maintain performance dashboards covering organic traffic, conversion rates, and page experience scores. Deliver monthly insights with actionable recommendations.

A day in the life

You start the day reviewing organic traffic dashboards, identifying which pages are gaining traction and where drop-offs occur. You then jump into the CMS to publish updated landing page content requested by the Program team. Mid-morning, you join a sync with Product Managers to align on an upcoming registration flow change and plan the corresponding site updates. After lunch, you review A/B test results, document findings, and share recommendations with the Commercial team. Your customer is the prospective seller in Mexico who needs a clear, frictionless path from search result to completed registration.
