We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (SDE IV) to build scalable systems and own complex features end-to-end. You will contribute to architecture, mentor engineers, and drive high-quality, production-ready software.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
- Own features end-to-end, from design to deployment.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Mentor engineers and drive best practices (code reviews, CI/CD, testing).
- Collaborate with product, QA, and SRE teams.
- Monitor and optimize system performance.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of backend development experience (Java, Spring Boot preferred).
- Strong knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and Agile workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
- Interest in AI/LLM tools is a bonus.
