QA Program Manager, Global Shared Services (GSS) Quality, Content & Learning (QCL)

As a QA Program Manager for Global Shared Services (GSS), you will support quality assurance initiatives for digital publishing campaigns within the team. You will manage straightforward QA projects tied to existing programs, collaborate with peers across teams, track project-level metrics, and execute quality processes within well-defined procedures - from asset creation support through campaign deployment and post-launch follow-through.

The ideal candidate is a quality-focused tactical executor who works effectively within defined procedures in fast-paced digital publishing environments. Key strengths include clear communication, the ability to collaborate with peers and partners, hands-on execution of QA processes, and a track record of creating and sharing process improvements. You will track project-level metrics, contribute to quality reporting, and present project updates to leadership up to L7, while maintaining reliable day-to-day operations and contributing to team knowledge sharing.

Key job responsibilities

- Manage straightforward QA projects related to existing programs, supporting quality initiatives across the team within known lines of business (LOBs)

- Execute quality assurance audit processes and sampling methods within established frameworks, ensuring compliance with team quality standards

- Perform quality review of AV (Audio-Visual) assets to ensure adherence to creative specifications, brand guidelines, and technical standards across applicable LOBs

- Track and report project-level metrics (Internal QA Score, External QA Score, QC Sampling Rate) and ensure measures of success are clearly in place for each project

- Collaborate with peers across teams to ensure quality alignment, manage project-level dependencies, and support team-level coordination

- Create, develop, and maintain standard operating procedures, documentation, and quality resources, incorporating relevant sources of information

Identify roadblocks and project-level risks; drive resolution through available channels or escalate promptly to appropriate owners

- Apply project management best practices to make the team and process area more efficient within defined procedures and timelines

- Create and share process improvements and operational procedures within the team; contribute to procedure standardization and adoption of best practices

- Support existing QA frameworks for each LOB, including sampling strategies, tech configuration and feature verification, and compliance regulation processes

- Communicate project status clearly and concisely; provide updates to peers, manager, and partners; trusted to present quality performance and project updates to leaders up to L7

- Document quality issues, contribute to root cause analysis (RCAs), and support quality reporting; learning to write WBR/MBR content and project narratives

- May train new team members joining the team and actively support knowledge sharing activities within the group

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

- Experience with digital asset management tools

- Experience in written and spoken English and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses

- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization

- Experience establishing processes, workflows, standard procedures and change management

- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience with end-to-end project management

- - 2+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality programs, or a related operational area.

- - Experience executing quality assurance processes and audit methodologies.

- - Experience with project management tools and methodologies (DMAIC, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support decisions.

- - Background in graphic design, visual design, or a related creative discipline, with the ability to evaluate AV asset quality against brand and technical standards.

Preferred qualifications

- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology

- Experience in MS Access and SQL

- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

- Experience using Microsoft Projects software

- Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance

- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams

- Experience in online advertising, marketing, sales or digital media

- Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau), or experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses

- - Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field (Program Management, Program Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising, Digital Media, Computer Science) or equivalent proven experience.

- - Familiarity with quality management methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, or similar).

- - Experience in the entertainment or streaming industry.

- - Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms).

- - Track record of creating process improvements with measurable impact at the team level.

- - Experience training or onboarding new team members and facilitating knowledge-sharing activities.
