Senior Technical Recruiter, Annapurna Labs

Annapurna Labs is looking for a Senior Recruiting Business Partner to lead silicon hiring for Amazon's custom chip teams. You will own full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized silicon and hardware engineering roles across our Israel sites - ASIC/RTL design, verification, physical design, DFT, design infrastructure and methodologies, analog/mixed-signal, and silicon operations - partnering as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers to find, engage, and close rare, in-demand engineers in a fiercely competitive market.

As a Recruiting Business Partner (RBP) for Annapurna Labs in Israel, you will be the main talent advisor to engineering leaders. You will own the full hiring process, from planning headcount and opening roles with hiring managers through interviews, debriefs, offers, and closing. You will work closely with Sourcing Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators to deliver hiring goals against tight deadlines.

Annapurna Labs is Amazon's custom silicon organization, with a significant engineering footprint in Israel. Engineers here define the next generation of custom processors, accelerators, and systems that power AWS at global scale - from Graviton CPUs serving over 130,000 unique customers, to the Nitro System that provides the security, networking, and storage foundation for every EC2 instance, to Trainium AI accelerators training the world's most advanced models.

In this role, you will build and run hiring strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles in the silicon/hardware domain. You will use data and market insights to advise leaders on headcount plans, talent availability, and pay trends. You will run a high-quality interview process that keeps the hiring bar high, and you will make and negotiate offers in a competitive Israeli tech market. You will also look for ways to improve hiring and share best practices with the wider Talent Acquisition team.

Recruiting Business Partners brings excellent consulting and influencing skills. They build trusted relationships with senior leaders and are comfortable pushing back when needed. They are passionate about hiring and have a track record of delivering against the most difficult hiring challenges. They bring business sense, strong analytical skills, operational excellence, and comfort working in an ambiguous environment. They have exceptional talent-assessment skills, a high bar for talent, and written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

Key job responsibilities

- Partner with engineering leaders to plan headcount and build hiring strategies

- Own the full hiring process: role intake, interview design, status, offers, and closing

- Make and negotiate offers, and close candidates who have competing offers

- Track hiring metrics and use data to guide decisions and report progress to leaders

- Share market insights on talent availability, competitors, and pay trends in Israel

- Lead and guide Sourcing/Recruiters on shared searches

- Deliver a great candidate experience and keep the hiring bar high

- Improve hiring processes and share best practices across Talent Acquisition

Basic qualifications

- Experience in full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing and closing candidates

- Experience hiring for technical or engineering roles

- Experience advising and influencing senior leaders on hiring decisions

- Professional working proficiency in English and Hebrew

- Experience hiring for semiconductor, silicon, hardware, or systems engineering roles

- Experience using data and metrics to build hiring plans, strategy and influence leaders

Preferred qualifications

- Experience across other functional areas of talent acquisition, ideally diversity recruiting, research or analytics

- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research

- Experience making and negotiating offers in the Israeli tech market

- Experience in other areas of Talent Acquisition, ideally diversity recruiting, talent research, or analytics

- Experience in a fast-growing high-tech or R&D environment
