Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce FSL Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable FSL solutions, customising field service processes, building integrations, and supporting end-to-end delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce FSL solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript.
- Configure and customise FSL processes, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, scheduling, and dispatching.
- Work on Service Cloud and FSL capabilities, including Dispatcher Console and mobile workforce solutions.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture validation, ensuring adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimisation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support deployments, release management, and production issue resolution using Git, Azure DevOps, and related deployment processes.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements :
- 5 - 8 years of overall Salesforce development experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and FSL implementation, configuration, and customisation.
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of FSL data models and processes, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, Dispatcher Console, scheduling, and dispatching.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Salesforce security, performance optimisation, and code quality best practices.
- Working knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, and Salesforce deployment and release processes.
- Experience working with European clients; exposure to French clients would be an advantage.
- Retail domain experience is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is expected; Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification is preferred.
