Job Description :

Role : Tableau BI Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Tableau BI Analyst with strong expertise in business intelligence, data analysis, SQL, Spark, and AWS. The role involves gathering business requirements, developing and deploying Tableau reports, performing in-depth data analysis, and translating business needs into actionable insights and production-ready reports. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently with large datasets in an AWS environment and presenting analytical findings to stakeholders and leadership teams. Telecom domain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities :

- Gather and scope requirements for new reporting and data analysis requests.

- Build, review, maintain, and deploy Tableau reports and dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Server.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of charter equipment, customers, and related business data to identify trends and insights.

- Translate business requirements into customised analyses, reports, and actionable business insights.

- Coordinate with ETL teams to define requirements for productionising datasets and data pipelines.

- Navigate AWS environments and independently build and execute queries on large datasets using SQL and Spark.

- Validate data accuracy and ensure the quality and reliability of reports and analytical outputs.

- Present analytical findings, reports, and recommendations to team leads and senior leadership.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Tableau, and Data Analysis.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, including report and dashboard development and deployment.

- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

- Practical experience with Apache Spark and big data querying.

- Working knowledge of AWS environments and the ability to independently navigate cloud-based data platforms.

- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into analytical solutions and production-ready reports.

- Understanding of BI, data analysis, data validation, and reporting processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to independently manage reporting and analysis requests and present findings to senior stakeholders.

- Telecom domain experience is preferred.
