职责描述：
1. 负责结构设计的前期技术可行性分析;
2.拟制结构设计方案和项目计划，研究开发新技术，提升产品性能和质量;
3.承担结构零部件的详细设计、公差分析、DFMEA检查、样机验证和生产文件编制;
4. 配合上下游部门完成PCB布局设计、连接器选型、散热设计，线束设计，安装指导等;
5. 解决开发过程中的问题，为产品安全和可靠性测试、量产等提供技术支持;
6.参与前期供应商开发与审核、模具设计、进度跟进、样品检讨、设计变更、零件承认等;
任职要求：
1. 电子等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验;
2.熟练使用结构设计软件，如：Creo，SolidWorks，CAD等;
3.具备较强的产品失效分析能力，能够在产品设计阶段预判设计的潜在失效模式，并进行设计验证和设计预防;
4.掌握常用材料特性及其应用场景，掌握常用成型工艺;
5.熟悉风冷及水冷散热方式，如设计要点，材料选择，工艺要求，风险点等;
6.了解AI产品可靠性测试要求和测试方法;
7.有AI芯片产品结构设计经验优先;
