Engineering Team Lead_DINNO Digital Solutions

DINNO, a subsidiary of Ameriabank, builds and scales digital products, including EventHub, Paylink and MyGift. We validate ideas with real users and aim to grow our portfolio from three products to six by the end of 2026.

The Role

Lead the engineering team across all DINNO products. Senior engineers report to you. You own delivery, technical quality, production reliability and team development.

We build AI-first: coding agents write, refactor and test much of our code. You’ll define how people and AI work together so the team delivers faster without lowering quality, security or reliability.

• Lead people: Hire, coach and develop engineers, set clear expectations and address performance issues early.
• Own delivery: Turn product priorities into realistic plans, manage risks and ship reliably across multiple products.
• Set technical direction: Own architecture decisions, build shared foundations and keep technical debt under control.
• Lead AI-driven engineering: Set practices for AI coding agents, define human-review and testing standards, and measure the effect on speed and quality.
• Run production: Own system stability, incident response and security across all products.

• 7+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years leading teams
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and backend experience (Node.js, .NET or similar)
• Solid understanding of architecture, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, security and data protection
• Proven experience delivering and running products in production
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents, and a clear view of how they change engineering work
• Strong hiring, coaching, communication and decision-making skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Payments or regulated-systems experience is a plus
