Within GCS, the Marketing team is responsible for creating an end-to-end global marketing strategy and distribution plan for our prospect & customer segments around the world. We’re looking for graduate level interns to support the GCS marketing vision as a Marketing Intern. This is a fast-paced team driving the development of commercial customer solutions at America Express.

How will you make an impact in this role?

• Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to uncover insights that inform creative marketing strategy and future enhancements to the customer experience.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to support the development of compelling marketing content and messaging tailored for commercial audiences.
• Design ideas for marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and deepen customer relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations that communicate findings and support decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in full-time graduate degree program.
• Graduate degree candidates must have a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Candidate with 3+ years of relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in commercial payments and marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex concepts or problems into clear insights and recommendations
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to continually learn about the changing payments landscape and emerging technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with and build strong relationships with leaders, colleagues, and cross-functional partners across the enterprise to deliver value.
• Strong project management skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated resilience, proactive mindset, and a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to enhance research, analytics, problem solving, and productivity.
