About the Role
Analog Devices is seeking a proactive, results-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and support the company’s continued growth. In this role, you will enhance operational performance by designing and implementing analytics-driven solutions that address evolving business challenges. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our global supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical models and dashboards.
- Provide data-driven insights that support scenario analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
- Define, measure, and report on supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive operational and strategic outcomes.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve decision-making and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.
Operational Efficiency
- Apply advanced analytical and systems-thinking techniques to improve key business processes, including:
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Supply Planning
- Manufacturing Scheduling
- Forecasting
- Inventory Optimization
- Capacity & Materials Planning
Project Management & Collaboration
- Partner with senior cross-functional leaders to deliver analytics projects that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and process improvements.
- Lead projects independently while providing technical guidance and consultation to team members and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
- Professional experience in the job offered or a closely related supply chain/operations analytics role.
Technical Skills & Other Requirements
- Experience with Supply Chain Modeling and Planning Systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis).
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience working with MES/ERP systems, such as SAP.
- Proficiency in dashboard development and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- Competency with data analysis and statistical tools, including Python or R.

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
