As a General Manager you will:

· Oversee all hotel operations during the pre-opening and post-opening phases of Villa del Monte, ensuring the highest standards of luxury and operational excellence.

· Drive operational profitability, guest satisfaction, brand standards, and financial performance.

· Maintain regular reporting and strategic alignment with Andronis Group HQ

· Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing department management team.

· Ensure full compliance with Italian labor legislation, local regulations, health & safety norms, and corporate guidelines.

· Maintain direct oversight of budget planning, forecasting, and expense control.

· Act as the ambassador of Andronis in Tuscany, building strong relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and the community.

Entry Requirements:

· Bachelor’s/master’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven track record (at least 5 years) as a General Manager in luxury 5-star boutique hotels or resorts, ideally with hotel opening experience.

· Fluency in Italian and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

· In-depth knowledge of Italian labor legislation, local hotel regulations, and compliance standards.

· Strong leadership, financial acumen, strategic planning, and crisis management skills.

· Passion for high-end hospitality and authentic local experiences.
