Key Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify and manage suppliers for anodization, electropolishing, plating, cleaning, coating processes.

• Lead quality problem resolutions, troubleshooting and incident management, drive root cause, correction actions and prevent recurrence.

• Lead supplier technical audit process, evaluate supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier.

• Communicate technical requirement and expectation effectively to suppliers.

• Collaborate closely with supplier to design and perform DOEs to define process windows, characterize new requirements, and evaluate chemistries, technologies.

• Compile, analyze, and interpret test data to establish process specifications.

• Generate comprehensive technical reports for both internal and external teams.

Functional Knowledge

• Demonstrate strong conceptual and practical expertise in plating/anodizing/electropolishing/cleaning/ coating.

• Experience in plating/anodizing/electropolishing/cleaning/ coating processes will be advantageous.

• Experience in supplier quality management will be advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Requirement

• 3-5 years experience in semiconductor industry

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science
