Applinet Technology is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to structure and coordinate its programs. In this role, you will offer strategic direction to teams and project managers in a way that reinforces the company's culture, while also monitoring how operations progress.

The right person will be a strong leader who has successfully managed staff from a range of disciplines to deliver results on schedule. They will also be capable of designing effective strategies and tactics.

Ultimately, the objective is to make sure every program produces the outcomes the organization is aiming for.

• Design, coordinate, and track programs made up of interconnected projects
• Determine appropriate strategies and objectives
• Align and coordinate activities across multiple projects
• Guide and assess project managers and other team members
• Establish and manage timelines, budgets, and activities
• Handle change management, risk management, and resource management
• Take ownership of the program's personnel and vendor relationships
• Evaluate program performance with the aim of maximizing return on investment
• Address higher-level scope issues arising across projects
• Produce reports for program directors

• BSc/BA or Diploma in management or a related discipline; an MSc/MA is an advantage
• Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager or in a comparable managerial role
• In-depth grasp of project and program management techniques and methods
• Strong knowledge of performance
